Defy Ventures

In a post below I mentioned that the Texas Association of Business wants to focus on recidivism. Too many felons return to prison after finishing their terms, often because (legal) work opportunities are limited for them. But those running illegal operations do have entrepreneurial skills. Here's the website of an outfit in New York that tries to reorient those skills towards legal endeavors. Given laws in Texas, the question is whether similar people here will be allowed to make that transition. The TBA seems about to support them - it worth following.
