Just in time for our discussion of budgeting, President Obama is releasing his Fiscal Year 2012 budget to Congress, which they will consider according to a calendar we will review this week.

Since it is guaranteed to be heavily debated, its appropriate for us to look at the nature of that debate this week - or at least the early stages of it. So this week I want you to review the debate on either side of it - the partisan/ideological debate primarily - and outline it. Please give em your sources.
