This is the full list of Supreme Court cases from this years term that I asked 2305 students to consider for their paper.
I placed an X by the ones that have already been picked. If you have yet to select a case, consider one that does not have an X by it.
- Heien v. North Carolina.
X - Holt v. Hobbs.
- Integrity Staffing Solutions, Inc. v. Busk.
X - North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners v. Federal Trade Commission.
- Zivotofsky v. Kerry.

I'd highly recommend you consider Obergefell (the gay marriage case), Walker (about the confederate flag on license plates), Williams-Yulee (judicial elections) King v Burwell (Obamacare), and Arizona State Legislature (gerrymandering).
But that's just me. I'll start posting items related to each of the cases later this week.
Just trying to helpful.
