Revanchism

There was a nice vocabulary word in the previous story: Revanchism.

It's a political term. It describes a distinct political outlook and intent. From Dictionary.com:

"an advocate or supporter of a political policy of revanche, especially in order to seek vengeance for a previous military defeat."
