Texas ranks 38th in state integrity

This is the finding in a study conducted by the Center for Public Integrity.

- Only three states score higher than D+ in State Integrity Investigation; 11 flunk.

The good news is that Texas was not one of the states that flunked. It's budgeting process was given an A, but it scored very poorly in accountability, elections and access to information.  Here are the full results:
