On Blackboard you'll notice two assignments. The first (the introductory assignment) simply asks you to send me a quick hello along with any questions you might have about the class. The second (Written Assignment #1) asks you to skim the assigned book, outline its topic and the argument it makes. Also pull out a few specific items from the book.
This is to prep you for next week's assignment where I will ask you for a topic for your 1000 word report. It is to be on some aspect of the assigned book.
