And here's the second.

The Supreme Court found parts of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act to unconstitutionally restrict the freedom of speech by restricting independent political expenditures by non-profit corporations. The decision has been argued to be responsible for the growth of SuperPACs, and the resulting influx of money in campaigns - as well as the increased influence of the wealthy on government.
