For 2305: Shelby v Holder

This is the first of two Supreme Court cases I want to go over in class this week and/or next. This rolled back the effectiveness of the Voting Rights Act by stating that the map used to establish which states had to have their election laws overseen by federal judges was out of date, had to be replaced, and was thereby null and void.
