The October 2015 Supreme Court term begins

The new term starts tomorrow - here are a few sources for detail about the cases they will consider.

- NYT: Supreme Court Prepares to Take On Politically Charged Cases.
- Heritage Foundation: Overview of the Supreme Court’s October 2015 Term.

Here are a few cases they have agreed to hear already - apparently they have only agree to hear less that 40 as of this writing. This will likely double by the end of the year.

- Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association.
- Fisher v. University of Texas.

There's much more - we'll get to it soon.
