The World's Smallest Political Quiz

I caught up with grading week one's assignment last night - I'm sure more have been snuck in since though. If you gave a reasonable answer of at least 150 words you got an A. If you wrote less than 150 word you got less, depending on how much you wrote.

There were a lot of comments on the nature of the quiz since it didn't really ask you anything about your political opinions.

Here's one that does, its the world's smallest political quiz - ten question - and it was put together by libertarians. It measures the degree to which you approve of governmental intervention in personal affairs and on economic affairs. So the results are arrayed across two dimensions. The result - they argue - tells whether you are liberal, conservative, libertarian, statist or centrist.

Here is the chart used to show the results - its called the Nolan Chart:

I might have you take this for a future written assignment and have you compare the two results, not sure yet, but try taking it your self and see what you get. Do you get the same results?
